Hi, beautiful! I’m Nellé Mignon.
Pilates instructor, movement educator, wellness advocate, wellness event curator and your favorite Pilates bestie!
My love for movement began long before I ever stepped onto a Pilates reformer. At just three years old, I started training in dance, spending years immersed in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, and musical theatre. Dance taught me discipline, creativity, confidence, and most importantly, a deep appreciation for what the human body is capable of. As I grew, competitive cheerleading introduced another side of movement—strength, athleticism, teamwork, and the excitement of pushing beyond what I thought was possible.
That passion carried me to New York City, where I attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy Conservatory, later completing my Musical Theatre training in Los Angeles. Throughout my performing arts journey, strength training and conditioning became an essential part of my lifestyle, sparking a deeper curiosity about fitness, movement, and the incredible connection between the mind and body.
Then I found Pilates…and everything clicked!
From my very first class, I fell in love with the precision, intentional movement, supportive group environment, and the way Pilates empowers you to feel stronger from the inside out. But I also noticed something I couldn’t ignore: there weren’t many women who looked like me leading the room.
That realization became my purpose.
I became a 500-hour Fully Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor, trained across every major Pilates apparatus, with one mission: to help diversify the wellness space and create an environment where women of color feel seen, welcomed, celebrated, and reminded that they absolutely belong here.
Today, every class I teach is rooted in that purpose!
My classes blend uplifting energy, intentional movement, and feel-good playlists with a strong focus on technique, form, and mindful movement. Whether you’re stepping onto a reformer for the first time or returning to your practice, my goal is for you to leave feeling stronger, more confident, more connected to yourself, and reminded that your body is capable of incredible things.
Around here, we celebrate strong bodies, confident minds, and women who aren’t afraid to take up space.
This is your reminder that movement belongs to every body, wellness belongs to every woman, and this space was created with you in mind!
Welcome to the glow.
